I lived there for several years, and I was robbed around 3:00pm while I was at work. I had notified the office of several suspicious persons and cars, but they essentially blew me off. Highly overrated apatment complex.

I agree.. Crest is very good in ripping its tenants. They charge so much for rent and do not give the adequate return in service or quality. Prospective renters, look elsewhere....

I also agree. They safety of this community has declined but I think it's happening everywhere. What I dont like is the front office's lack of interest to resolve your problem. I'm sorry about what happened to you.

You nboth are correct. The new managers are real -------. They treat you like crap and post repeated notes in your door several times a week. The staff is condescending and they treat you like dirt.
