Terrible - Rip off

We lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. After living there a year the rent went up $150 a month. My second year there the problems got much worse. The train that runs next to the property is very noisy; the people that moved next to my apartment constantly left trash on the grounds and in the breezeway. When I complained nothing was done. I lived in the third floor and the very bright lights to the tennis courts were constantly left on throughout the night forcing me to have to walk down in the middle of the night to turn them off as they were shining right into my bedroom windows. When I complained, it took the management 11 months to fix the problem. Then the rent went up again $180 dollars which was my breaking point. When I moved out I vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpet --mind you the carpet was at least four years old by then. When I got the final bill I was charged $40.00 for cleaning the carpet; $56.00 for final water bill (my water bill never ran over $27 a month for 24 months), $29 for "water billing"; $8 admin fee, and $30 for turning the keys the day after my move out date which was on a Sunday and the office was closed. If you feel like getting ripped off, this is the place for you; otherwise, find a nicer place that conducts business less like a scam artist and which is worth the money you spend.

I am a current renter here... and just waiting for my lease to expire. The day that happens, I am outta here. People, look at other places... you will get much better places at lesser prices than this awful complex.
