I normally don't post on sites like these but a friend told me about this site and found this helpful in finding my new apartment.
I used to live at Post woods and really enjoyed it.
However, when they sold I hated the new management and wanted a Post due to the great maintenance and the nice staff.
I searched in the vinings area and settled on Post Crest due to people I met on my tour.
Kelly, the manager helped me choose an apartment that fit what me and my husband were looking for and it was a great price! She seems very competent, knowledgeable, and was very empathetic when we called in concerns.
I have had 2 maintenance calls, one of which was an emergency and the response was quick and I have not had to call back as the issues were fixed immediately! I did have a few bugs when I moved in, but realize that this is the south and those things happen.
I called the office and was exterminated the next friday...
no bugs since! I really have enjoyed my stay here so far, Leslie and Dewanna have always been really nice when I call.
I would like to see some of the landscaping addressed but overall love my new place

Post Properties are selling all of their older Atlanta properties, Post Crest will probably be sold in the near future. Post's glory days are over.
