I love it here. Here are some pros and cons to help you make a decision about renting here, most of the cons are just small petty things though!

Pros:
Great staff and great new manager, Kelly really knows what she is doing.

As a single young female, no safety issues!!

Landscaping always looks wonderful.

Exteriors of apartment are great.
I like that the apartments are spread farther away from each other than most, so you are not crammed into one small space (this is fairly common in the vinings area though)

No major bug problems- although this is Georgia, and you will see a few roaches if you are walking outside at night in the summer (especially when it rains!). But this is really no different than at any other complex. I am very clean which may be why I have had no bug issues, however, you can have your apartment exterminated on a weekly basis if you just call the office and ask!

Inside/ outside of complex is always kept clean and looks nice. A great place to bring friends over to visit.

Cons:
Parking spaces are tight. It is hard to find a spot right by your building sometimes if it is late.

Rent increases every year- if you are familiar with Post Properties, you know this is common for them. It is very frustrating. I lived at another post prior to post crest, however, and found that if you approach them about the rent increase, they are often willing to drop it and let you re-lease at the current rate (especially if new apartments are renting for cheaper than your current rate.)

Only one central mail unit. This can be a pain to go get your mail as it isn't very convenient to all the buildings.
