Comfortable, clean, upscale, but expensive and curt staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Well-maintained luxury complex. Maintenance staff is helpful and persistent, even when I called them back day after day for a problem that stymied them and us. The office staff is very abrupt and matter-of-fact about lease matters, but they are not overly rude or insulting. Be prepared to be surprised about all of the costs involved with your lease. Appliances are all not too old, not too new. We had a leak once or twice, but maintenance workers informed us this was the fault of a forgetful tenant upstairs. The gas fireplace, tile backsplash, and marble appointments at the fireplace and entryway are very nice touches, and remind you why you are paying 15% more than your neighbors. One of the key selling points for some people is the proximity to the North Springs Marta Rail Station. There is a secure gate with keycard access exclusively for residents to walk on to Marta. This is perfect for getting downtown in a hurry and avoiding all of the traffic.
