over not From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I must say I tought when moving to Dunwoody it would be luxory living. Well until we landed in Post apartments. When we first moved in we had excessive problems with mildew which they fixed many times over and over. The walls had cracks which they did fix with a little putty. Maintenance was okay but when you get to know them by name something is wrong as we saw them too much. The square footage was okay and will say considerable for the Dunwoody area, as well Marta. Break-ins where high in numbers at times and like other tenants I saw the gates open a lot at night. How is that helping crime'' Over all our stay was nice but than again apartment is not a place you live forever. Over all recommend but do agree with others once you are in the staff has nothing to do with you..
