This is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. The staff has got to be the worst part about the place! They are rude, deceptive, and not helpful. In many cases, when they would try to help, their incompetence disallowed them to perform the task. The maintenance, although occasionally prompt, does poor work. The landscaping is nice, but once you are inside your apartment, the low-end construction allows you to hear everything your neighbors do next door. The residents are not respectful with their pets, so there is pet waste in all the plant beds and surrounding walkways. The parking is abominable if you live on the south end of the complex. There is never a place to park. We were told we get 2 parking spots, but we could never find a place to park our 1 car. Our place was also broken into when we lived there. Proximity to MARTA brings in all kinds of characters. On move in day, there was maintenance being done on the siding in the walkway to our apartment. The worker (who could no speak English [ie Post is likely hiring illegals, too]), would not move, and thus, we had to walk all the way around the building in order to move our stuff in. We consistently had problems with ants and roaches (big ones); although, we kept our place perfectly clean. Run the other way, please.
