SO SO Experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   At first I really enjoyed the complex-staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. However, just this week an apartment was vacated on the first floor and I have had problems since. Monday I noticed a red van parked in front of a ground floor apartment (I assume they were cleaning an apartment because I recently noticed people moving out). I assume they bombed the apartment on Monday because I have seen 5 roaches in my apartment since (after seeing none for months). I am totally disgusted as my apartment is exceptionally clean and in sanitary condition. What really irks me is if management KNEW they would be bombing this ground floor apartment-Why wouldn't they let me know' I mean it is obvious the insects have migrated upstairs (I live on the second floor). I am so disappointed and utterly disgusted in MANAGEMENT. Living here has been a great experience until this point-but roaches are DISGUSTING! It is not acceptable to pay alomst $1000 a month and live with an insect problem!!
