My Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   My apartment is quiet, parking is good, I really like that the workout room is open 24 hours, although people take dumbbells from the room. The pools are nice and so are the tennis courts. No real bug issues to date unlike my previous complex, Dunwoody Place. I would recommend to anyone. What I don't like, and this goes for pretty much any apartment complex in Atlanta that is decent, is that they increase the rent each year. I'm going into my 4th year of living here, but think after this year, I will have no other choice but to move due to the rent increases. If you know you are going to be staying here for a while, look into a long term lease if they offer one.
