Great community. I will be completing 2 years by the end of next month and I'm relocating to Midwest! Initial couple of months we had roach problem. But got exterminated using small roach traps. Never seen one again. Other than that we never had any major problems with the appliances. Routine/scheduled maintenance usually takes care of everything. Parking is ample. Office staffs are friendly. I had lost a couple of UPS parcels that were left at door front. So watch out for the culprits. Always, leave a note on your door to deliver the package at leasing office, if you are out of town. I would recommend this community to anyone. In terms of security, due to the train station nearby, the community has been experiencing some issues. May be in few years, even Dunwoody/North Springs area would become insecure.
