Post Gardens
< | >
My wife and I just got married and before we did, we moved out of Post Garden. When we first moved in 2 years prior it was, in fact, a BEAUTIFUL complex with nice amenities and a courteous staff. Since the economic downturn, however, the service dropped off sharply, and the tenant base turned towards a stampede of people with abandoned cars and an abiding unwillingness to appropriately curb their pets. One tenant even went so far as to leave a deposit right in front of the sign that read, ?please do not curb your pet here.? The rent deals should be reasonable at the moment, however you will find if you become a long-term tenant, your continued patronage may well fall on unsympathetic ears. We found a much more beautiful apartment closer to Emory called Westchester at Briarcliff. Thank God for effective management.
