Endless Problems

I lived at another Post residence (Post Chastain) for 4 years and never had a single problem. Once I graduated though I stupidly decided I wanted to live in new community. Thinking that all Posts would be great, I came to Post Gardens- BIG MISTAKE! I've only been here 10 months and the problems have been endless. Infact, I have a running list that I keep on my refridgerator of all the things that go wrong.
My first week there, I walked past the maintenace guy in the hallway and he just stared. I walked down the stairs and looked behind me and he was squatting down looking in between the railings so he could keep watching me walk away! It was really creepy and now I don't feel comfortable having maintenance come to the apt. w/o my boyfriend there. The fire alarms have gone off at least 10 times, often several times in 1 day, and one of those times it was 1:00 am and lasted for over 45 min. The elevators have broken 4 times, the trash is always piled up so high you can't even put it in the dumpster so it has to be left in the street, at least once a week the resident gate doesn't work and you have to reverse and drive to the other side of the proprety to get in, the speakers in the workout room didn't work for 2 weeks after I reported them broken, I've had the apartment infested with ants twice and I live on third floor and I was never informed that I had received flowers for my graduation until the sender finally asked why I hadn't thanked her for them (they had been wilting in the office for 3 days!) Last but not least, almost everone in the office is so rude. I walked in one day and 3 agents turned around and looked at me and then looked back down at the paper they were filing, the phone call they were making, and the computer they were working on. They were so rude it almost didn't feel real.
The property is beautiful I must say but then again, Post Properties is good at taking as much money from you as they can to pay for things such as the surroundings. Honestly, at Post Chastain, I was happy to give them my money but it sucks getting nickled and dimed (especially with pet deposits- $500 an animal and you'll never get it back)here when every day there is another problem. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
