Too Many staff changes!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Every time you turn around there is someone new in the leasing office.
The new people never have the same passion for any issues you may have had before and therefore, management will never be able to deliver the personal touch it once had.
The maintenance staff have always been friendly, and they resolve issues quickly.
It was nice when they had maintenance living on the property, especially when the fire alarms go off in the middle of the nights, now your not sure if someone will ever show up to turn it off.Overall good experiences living here, just dont form any bonds with anyone, because they may be gone tomorrow.
