I moved into Post Gardens in May, and so far it has been nothing but perfect! Maintenance always arrives within a couple hours if I have a request, the management is actually very cheerful whenever I talk to them (although they seem to get new people all the time), and I feel very safe in my one-bedroom apartment. We just got a new on-site dry cleaning facility in June, and the prices are actually cheaper than outside dry cleaning. The location is great because it takes less than a minute to get to Target, CVS, Publix, Lenox and Phipps, etc! The first thing that caught my eye were the pretty gardens (as the name says) and fountains around the property. The pool is great and is rarely crowded during weekdays (it is sometimes hard to get a spot on the weekend). All in all, I really love it here, and I have already gotten a couple of friends to move to Post Gardens too. However, if you have pets, be warned that the pet deposit is $500 per pet, per 30 lbs!! Also, there are washer/dryer hookups, but you must have your own washer and dryer. If you are apartment hunting in the area, I would definitely recommend coming to see Post Gardens!

I agree..Post Gardens is a haven in this charming city. The plus to this complex is that is quiet and offers privacy, my cozy apartment #515, looked out on a section of the garden, noise level was low, although the hum of the generator could be heard. Management and office staff were helpful and kind, that Southern charm:) The gardens are beautifully maintained. The facilities are adequate-small business center, with parking close to the apartment-ELEVATORS available on all floors. Across the road from a spectacular park and pond, great for someone with a pet to walk or who likes to jog. In the heart of Atlantas financial and shopping districts. Close to Borders books, and Starbucks for those who enjoy a cafe' atmosphere.
