Irresponsible Frat boys and sorority girls will certainly leave their dog feces in the gardens and courtyard if they're not busy doing back flips in the pool with the glass beer bottles they've continuously been asked to refrain from bringing in for saftey purposes.
In the evenings, you will be greeted warmly by BMW's tailgating you up the very narrow ramps of the parking garage, and speeding down the ramps in the morning leading to a great start for the day!
Enjoy the heard of elephants that live above you, especially at 2AM, and expect a considerate response from the Property Manager when you call with your concerns!

Well since they market it to young professionals, this shouldn't surprise you. 20-somethings with jobs and disposable income enjoy spending their weekends relaxing, and if that entails partying until 2am and partying at the pool, then so be it. It's an apartment complex that surrounds the pool, so expect thin walls, thin floors (live on the top floor if you don't want to hear people above you), noise from the pool because it echos, etc.

Oh really? I am a young professional 25 year old that lives in Post Gardens. More than likely, I have a more of a disposable income than 90% of the people that live here. That doesn't justify me acting like a total idiot and being inconsiderate to other tenants.
