There is very little to complain about Post Gardens. I have lived at Post Gardens for 5 years because I am so comfortable. Most of the reviewers on here are complaining about things resulting from their own issues. My opinion of those people who have issues with this complex is that they are not the "high quality" tenants anyway. Don't listen to them. The complex itself is well taken care of. Anything I needed was taken care of by management from changing a light bulb to steam cleaning the carpet within hours. It's a great place.

How is the fire alarm going off randomly at night at ear piercing levels, the parking deck being poorly constructed, their Fax number not receiving moving out notices, their extremely rude management, and the noise levels in the complex... someones own personal issues???!!!! Those all sound like POST GARDENS issues to me. You sound like quite an ignorant low quality tenant. Thanks.

Your definition of "high-quality" must entail the following: *Inconsiderate, empty-headed, (predominantly) white kids that LOVE to pretend like they have money when they most certainly do NOT. They pretend like they are nouveau riche. --Just because you wear penny loafers and a polo shirt doesn't mean you own a yacht. *A management staff that does very little to ensure professionalism in their OWN office add does very little to ensure your comfort as a tenant. Keep in mind, occupancy is largely fueled by decent credit scores and that's all it takes to approve some tool or toolette to move in. *A parking deck that JUST clears building codes with its dimensions. *People that SPEED through the parking deck(s) at upwards of 20 miles an hour. (Keep in mind there are some children that play around the area) *Having to haul your trash to a dumpster that's located in the Northwest corner of the property. HOWEVER, for the sake of fairness, I have to say the rent is reasonable and the location is super convenient. Do your best to do your research and ASK people that live there about their experiences BEFORE moving in. Keep in mind many of the leasing agents in the building and management like to post positive things about the complex in attempt to throw off the curve and cover up the crap that goes on. I know this for a FACT. Believe it. OH, one last thing: the maintenance staff really IS awesome. They are always prompt and very courteous. Do yourself a favor and ask THEM how they feel about the tenants that live there. I am certain they'll open up to you.
