Great management. Great maintenance of apts. Great location- convenient to all interstates. But, if you live next to that Dekalb Cty park, you'll have a bug problem such as roaches and spiders. (That's where I lived.) Some apts have had trouble with pipes bursting when there's a freeze, because when they defrost- it will flood your apt like mine. I do like the convenience of being able to walk to the Mellow Mushrm and Jocks and Jills shopping ctr. when the weather is nice, especially if you plan to drink because you won't have to drive home.
