The apartments are very nice and in a great area. The complex is no longer tied to Bellsouth now that Comcast cable and internet is available. Overall, I'm pleased with the space, quality, and price I pay for my particular unit. The location couldn't be better with food/shopping/MARTA very closeby. Grills on your porch are not permitted, but they have gas grills located throughout the complex that I frequently use and they work great. The one complaint that I have about the facility has to do with the workout facility. At least 1 or 2 of the 3 treadmills in the workout room have had somewhat frequent power failures, and the television/audio system has NEVER worked properly--even with repeated trips and phone calls reporting it to management. After looking at the power outlets, the wiring in the cardio room appears pretty shoddy in general. However, the area with the weights has fairly updated equipment and the A/C is usually blasting during the hot summer months. I recently signed on for another year with a rent increase of roughly 5% or $60 a month. It's not quite highway robbery, but I may be forced to move out when my lease expires if they keep that trend going.
