Pros:
-walking distance to several bars and the Marta station
-having an apartment on the highest level I could not hear anything from my neighbors
Cons:
-high prize
-every time you want to extend your rent, the management asks for 8% or more increase. I asked a friend to call them for the prize if he would move in. It was the same amount I paid so far. But to renew my rent I had to pay an increase of 8%. Seems to be the style of the new management. I was told the time I moved in by the the old management that there will not be an increase higher than 3%.
-be aware of the heavy duty train running along Peachtree. Depending on the location of your apartment it can be very noisy.
-there are a lot of bugs running around in the complex. You will see them at night. And some might find the way in your apartment.

Don't trust the new manager (Jan Tollison). Get everthing in writing. He will not remember otherwise. Move only in if you are sure that you never have to extend you rent.
