Good w/ flaws

This is a good apt complex to live in if you can stand some of its flaws. Some of the flaws include insects and parking. Everything else is great because of the location and the staff works 24/7 so if i ever need any repairs, they will come w/in a day or two. Another flaw is that the walls are thin so if you live under someone, you can hear them walking around or if you live next to someone, you will hear them yelling. The rent, in my opinion, is rather high so if you don't mind giving up some money and the rest of the stuff, you should live here.
