You could get much better for your money. I've lived here now for two years and I've noticed that management seems to turn a deaf ear to the complaints and safety of it's tenants. For instance, rowdy and obnoxious people are allowed to get away with anything they desire. We lived under a couple of inconsiderate people who make all kinds of noise all day and night long. We have gone to management repeatedly to Complain but have been left with the feeling that WE are the problem in their eyes. There have been several robberies and break-ins with no resolutions what so ever. Three motorcycles were stole in one night. They were drove right through the front gate and nobody saw anything despite the onsite cameras. The tenants our allowed to drive through here like it's Piedmont Ave. For a gated community, security here is a joke! It seems the only good thing about this place is the location but even that is not all that desirable. Your nestle in between two sets of railroad tracks. One is for Marta and the other for Freight trains. I pity the poor people who are stuck right next to them. Go somewhere else, I am!
