Nice to be able to comment and advise others, mgt. is difficult to deal with at this property. No flexibility whatso ever, extended for another year grudgingly but you know how difficult it is to move elsewhere. All you can do is advise othes, no efforts made to update apt. after extension, a little spot of paint, carpet cleaning, general maintenacce would be nice. Ants are a big problem and unless you time them to coinside with their schedule you are out of luck. Other minor problems, staff are generally nice but you can do better
