I lived here for one year from 1999-2000. The location is great but the units are small and expensive, although nice. Managment is very friendly and responsive to any kind of maintanence issues.

Privacey may be a concern though. If your balcony or window faces another building, you are staring into your neighbors windows/balcony which is only a few feet away when you go on your balcony or look out the window. All the windows are at the same level.

Parking close to my unit was usually an issue, and the lack of elevators was a pain when I had groceries since I lived on the third floor. One the positive side, The Lindbergh Marta station is very close which is convient for trips to the airport or if you have car issues. Overall its a nice place to live.
