I lived here for 3 months during the summer, and I had no major complaints. The interior of my apt was very nice and clean. Location was great! My rent was a little steep, but I also had a furnished apt and a corporate lease. I usually felt pretty safe, and there were only occaisonal noise problems. Overall, maintenance was prompt and effective. Parking could be a problem after 6pm. I did have a lot of trouble with insects, so I would recommend not getting a ground floor unit. Overall, I would recommend this apt to a friend.
