Great Location, Great Service, A Few Probs.

We have lived here for two years. The location here is unbeatable (close to 400 and 75/85 and Piedmont and Peachtree) and the apartment is roomy and very comfortable -- high ceilings, open floorplan, etc. VERY easy commute to Dunwoody, Norcross, Druid Hills and Midtown. (we?ve both switched jobs while living here.) Extremely easy to go out in Midtown, Va-Hi, Decatur and Buckhead.
The maintenance staff and office staff are very nice and extremely responsive. For a while, the quality of tenants seemed to get lower (neon under the cars, etc.) but that seems to be changing back.
A few bad things: trash is really inconvenient, millipedes in summer (but not a single roach or really bad bug in 2 years), MARTA and the train nearby, and loud upstairs neighbors. Parking is a major issue. You get home after 7 or 8 at night, and unless the stars are perfectly aligned you are SOL -- you're walking a long way to your place. This can be really annoying.
Overall, this is an excellent place to live if you have zero traffic patience and also if you are new to ATL.
