No major complaints...

We've lived here for almost a year and have no real complaints. The grounds are always well maintained and the location is great. Are neighbors are quite and the apartments are clean (apartments only about five years old). Whenever we had a problem with the maintenance crew (only twice and both times my fault for clogging the garbage disposal) they came out the next day to fix at no charge. The main reason we moved here is because the MARTA trains are within walking distance. Our apartment faces the road but the noise from the cars and trains are not overbearing (except the occasional siren at night). The problems we encountered were small. If you come home after dark, expect to park in the garage (seems to be car break-in?s there every couple of months though). The courtesy officer they boast about seems to be non-existent because we have never seen one. We are not renewing our lease mainly because it is too expensive. But prices are typical for this area?unless you want to live in the ghetto. Don?t be afraid to negotiate as our rent was around $150 less that advertised rates. There are a lot of amenities here (i.e. pools, tennis courts, gym, herb gardens, etc.) but we never really used them. The management have several ?events? for the residents which are probably nice if you are single and want to meet others but not interesting to us. Overall, good place to live if you can afford it and want to be in the middle of everything.
