This is probably the nicest apartment community I've ever lived in. I have leased at several other properties in the metro Atlanta area and I've never been as impressed with any of them as I am with Post Lindbergh. The property as a whole is really nice and well maintained with great amenities. I love the layout and design of my unit and was so pleased to find it spotlessly clean the day I moved in. This was the first time I ever felt comfortable about the cleanliness of a unit upon move in---there was no need to do any major cleaning outside of sanitizing the bathroom for my own piece of mind. My neighbors are quiet and respectful with no loud noise or music at night.
My only complaint is the lack of parking. Parking is horrible and virtually nonexistent! If I had it all to do over I would make sure to get a unit in a building that has direct access to the parking deck at the back of the property. There is virtually NO PARKING outside of my building near the leasing office. To make matters worse it seems that some people never move their cars because the same cars are in the same parking spots all the time. I think one car isn't even in working condition and I've noticed a pest control truck that hasn't moved in a week. It seems if people weren't going to use their cars regularly they would rather park it in the deck, but I guess not. So when I get home late at night after work I must park in the deck and either take the long way down the main driveway back around to my building or cut through a neighboring building down a long creepy breezeway and past the dimly lit pool area that is landscaped with lots of plants and trees that make it even scarier and hard to see if someone could be lurking around. I wish the property would do a lottery for assigned parking in spots outside of the deck and then get everyone else as close to their unit as possible. Each night I come home and I never know where I will have to park or how far I will have to walk.
