I would not suggest this complex unless you have excess money. They are NOT pet friendly, and require a $350 Non-refundable pet "priviledge" and do not give back the other $150 unless your carpet is spotless. I paid a $350 priviledge and I didnt even get new carpet. Also, make sure you sign your own contract with roommates if you have any---one of mine moved out and post did nothing to help--and even threatened me when I subleased to someone else. They do all they can to get a buck out of you--and the stairwells, walkways, and pool are never cleaned.
