No Parking, Lots of Buts, Noisy

I moved out of Post Lindbergh this past March and I never realized how unhappy I was living there until I moved to a normal apartment complex.
The first problem was that there was no parking - They have a parking deck, but its located far away from the buildings (except for the two buildings that connect to it). The lack of parking makes walking to your apartment a huge ordeal, especially when its cold, raining, or you have a trunk load of items to transport.
The apartments themselves are not insulated and you can hear everything that goes on in the apartments beside, below, and above. My heating and air conditioning bills were HUGE due to the poor insulation.
It's also real noisy at the apartments, which are sandwiched in between the MARTA and a railroad. It's no fun playing tennis on the tennis courts when the MARTA zips past you at 50 mph. The train is also pretty noisy - They say the train isnt supposed to blow its horns in a residential neighborhood, but that doesnt seem to stop them (even in the early morning).
I also had a huge problem with bugs - spraying in addition to the exterminator couldn't keep the roaches or the centipedes out of my apartment. I think they were coming in from the walls instead of outside.
The apartment staff is pretty nice, but I don't think they know how to do all that much. Like the previous message, I ended up doing business mostly with the higher management (Post Properties) who told Post Lindbergh then what my problems were.
