Overrun with centipedes, especially on the ground level. Toilets won't flush anything larger than a walnut without rapid plunging. If you are late 1 HOUR on your rent they charge you HUGE fees and penalties. They charge for everything. Rents seem "competitive" the first year but watch out -- they just them more than 15% each year.

Rent ANYWHERE else besides a POST property.
