don't know what everyone's talking about

I've lived at post for 3 years, and i enjoy living here for the most part. The management is friendly and responsive (never had to wait more than a day to get repairs done). The apartment looks great as any visitor here could tell you, and parking spaces are actually quite available contrary to what many of the reviewers may tell you. Seriously, is everyone whining about parking just morbidly obese' I guess it's subjective, but seriously, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk from one end of the apartment complex to the other, so i don't know how people can write reviews about it taking them 10 minutes to walk back home. Anyhow, just judge for yourself by actually visiting the apartment complex.

I live in a studio, and it costs A LOT. Heck, everything here costs a lot, and yes, i do suspect that we, the tenants, are being charged more for our water bills than we should be charged. The subway noise is noticeable even from a distance, but after 2-3 weeks, i've become completely accustomed to it. Also, regarding pest control... once again, most of the reviewers seem to be a bunch of whiners. Maybe it's because i'm originally from an island, but i actually do expect a couple of bugs here and there every now and then. I see a centipede or two around once a month, and honestly, to me, it's no big deal. I've lived in two other apartments in the buckhead/emory area(emory student) and they've all had worse bug problems than here.

And regarding the noise, i don't hear any. All of my neighbors are middle-aged families. If you have rowdy college students living next door, then what do you expect' I don't think it's right to make generalizations out of isolated circumstances.

Security does seem to be compromised quite frequently. We generally do get an apartment or car broken into at least once a month. Although, it's generally those people with a nice car.

Having said all this, as the buckhead region grows, and condos are being built all over, the land prices are becoming insurmountably high, and I'll probably move out in 3 months or so. It's way too expensive.
