I lived there for three years. All was fine and dandy until I actually had to deal with the management staff. If you are not a real estate lawyer it could be hard to understand what they are swindeling you into. So be VERY careful when siging ANYTHING with them. Even if it is for Girl Scout cookies or a package or something of that nature. They will take you for all that you have! Then, try getting your car hit and run in their parking lot and getting NO response or even a inkling that ANYONE cared that drunk people get through "the secured" gates all the time. Oh and if you like getting a notice say about every third day about someone breaking into a car or an aparment...then by ALL MEANS sign a lease!
