Overall Post Lindbergh is a nice community with its usual flaws. The management staff is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I have dealt with the leasing office I am greeted in a sarcastic, skeptical tone. They are never wrong in their minds at Post. The management here runs off the corporate philosophy of we're too big and don't care if we lose your business. Numerous maintenance issues, some of which take time to have resolved when it wasn't a big issue. There have also been several cases where they entered my apartment without notification or me being present. The maintenance guy doesn't know his ass from his foot so I fixed most of our problems. Ending my 2nd year here I can say it was a decent experience. I'm in college so I don't ask for much, however if I had more time some of these issues would have been dealt with swiftly. Post= big business....no customer service. Come on guys...today's business world is all about service...there is too much competition to act this way.
