A little below par, but not bad

Been here since March 2008 and had a 1BR before my current 2 BR. 1BR was okay but its small and would suit anyone with hardly any stuff. 2BR is good on space, has a large kitchen/living area and closets are good. Poolside patio a plus. Grounds are always clean. Maint. calls are answered in 24 hours or less- good. Location's great: walk to MARTA, Taco Mac, Tree House. Good jogging routes through Peachtree Hills. Buckhead in 5 min, VA Highlands in 15 min.
Earplugs are a good idea because noise is a big problem here. Would be fine if the walls and floors were not made of cardboard and plywood and windows/doors actually were sealed. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing above, below, and beside you, whether you want to or not (also goes for neighbors' dogs). You will hear drunks coming in at 4 am through your walls and (closed) windows. Freight trains go by all night long (you get used to this that it's kind of relaxing). A/C units are right outside the windows. This kind of stuff doesn't make a huge impression when you shop for apartments, but you will notice it later. The place was built 10-ish years ago and was slapped together. It's starting to show on the inside.
I've been here 2 years and am not renewing.
