despite all the negative reviews, i love living here. the floor plan is unique; i refused to live in some stupid cookie-cutter apartment. the closets and bathrooms are huge, and the urban feel of it all is fabulous. the only problem is indeed the noise: several times i've had to lean out of my balcony into the courtyard and ask people to quiet down...and this was at 3AM on a wednesday! the folks who live here are obviously not 9-to-5'ers. but that's what makes it interested; it's an eclectic bunch. the noise from the sides isn't audible but the noise from above is unreal. you can literally hear everything that's going on...from the time the above neighbor's feet hit the ground in the morning until his feet hit the bed at night. otherwise, it's a great place to live...if you have to go with an apartment, why not go somewhere unique and within walking distance of tons of great places' why pay nearly the same amount of money for a generic, stamped out, boring apartment'
