If sleep is a luxury to you and can handle constant noise, then sign a lease tomorrow. Otherwise, BEWARE!!! Get used to hearing neighbors watching tv, having alarm clocks go off (and other bedroom activities), dogs walking on the floor above you, toilets flushing above and below you, and residents acting like complete jerks by yelling and partying at 3am on Sundays. Yes, I know you are thinking right now that I have somehow confused my last apartment with college several years ago, but I assure you that I am not mistaken. Read the rest of the reviews posted for this place. The noise is not just an issue, rather it is a deterrent. You will learn to enjoy a plethora of new activities outside the apartment for the simple fact that these new activities are not performed in your apartment.

Now the parking garage is also another issue. I remember speaking to a gentleman one day about his brand new BMW motorcycle that had been stolen out of the garage. Neither one of us acted suprised about this because of the almost weekly break in. What was done about this issue' Nothing. That is Post's motto. "You have a problem' Tough. Where's my check'"

And what would a review of Post Parkside be without a quick mention of the management. Yes, the same management that proves a high school diploma isn't that big of a deal. Just think the next time you feel like your dog never listens to you or only knows 'sit', at least it will sit when asked. The ability to perform that one simple task has already proven itself more useful in society than the management at Post Parkside. There is a reason why Post employees live in the post properties that they work in. If they had to perform a daily task as simple as leaving their apartment to go to work across town, they would inevitably fail.

Please look elsewhere. I beg you. Don't go through what so many of us have had to endure.
