Concerning the break-ins. I have never lived in an apartment that has NEVER had one break-in. I feel very secure here. The control access gates have worked 99% of the time. The Break ins were actually the residents fault for letting cars and people follow them in. I am a resident currently at Post Parkside. The last one to blame for these break-ins is Post. They have great security including: controlled access parking. Controlled access doors. Alarm systems - $17 month fee to maintain the service. They also have double bolted doors. One you can lock from the outside the other lock can only be unlocked from the inside. As far as the noise.. it baffels me that someone would want to live accross the street from NUMEROUS BARS AND RESTAURANTS and still expect peace and quiet. Did you not look around the area before you moved in' Also, we are located in the HEART of MIDTOWN in METROPOLITAN< ATLANTA... I have never been in the central part of a city and have it be peaceful and quiet. As far as people above you... pay more and you can move up a flight. Even in a private 2 story house you can hear whoever is above you. People are just unrealistic!!
