This is a great looking property in a great place, but for the money, you can get MUCH MORE in the area. They are old and our apartment (like many others) flooded several times. Maintenance did not even respond to our flood (it was on a Saturday) for two days. Not only that, they refused to replace the soaked carpet after EACh flood. To top it all off, they charged me for carpet damage at move out. The customer service in the office was terrible after a staff change in early 2004. After the change, all of my neighbors were unhappy and have since moved. They all found newer properties at the same rate. Don't waste your time.
