I really enjoy the location of this apartment, but they are kind of shabby. Moving in the door knob fell off and we were locked out, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall the same day the shower head broke. But in their defense they ALWAYS fixed it quickly -- in one case within the hour. I feel really safe living here and the leasing staff is fantastic. They remember your name and are always friendly. They will not negotiate rent the price is the price. I like it overall -- nice tennis court garden area.
