I have lived here for 2 full years, and now I finally have the sense to move out. After searching for a new 1-BR apt, I now realize that i am paying out the wazoo for my place at Post PH! First of all, the staff in the office changes monthly (seriously, it really does); secondly, the maintenance staff has fallen off the face of the earth. I used to see them regularly around the property and know them by name; it's been at least 8 months since I have seen them or their vehicles for that matter. Thirdly, the insulation isn't so great. My heat runs continuously because the windows aren't sealed properly. Last summer my air conditioner broke (on a Wednesday) and they didn't come to fix it until the next Monday. (A broken A/C is considered an "emergency" call, but they weren't in a hurry to fix it) I pay way too much for this place. It's decent, but after looking at other places right near by that are less expensive and BETTER LOOKING ON THE INSIDE, i've got to move! P.S. the deposits are OUTRAGEOUSLY more than any other apartment community. But they waive a $25 application fee....WOWEE!
