Beautiful property, horrible management

I've lived at this property for 8 months now and I can say that the location and ammenities are great (besides the tiny gym). The management, however, have been truly horrible. I'd had issues with my water bill and instead of trying to fix the problem, they masked it and simply lowered my bill every month for the past few months. The problem ballooned (it was my water heater) and not until I got a $260 gas bill (this was related to the broken water heater), did someone come out to fix the problem. To top this off--they're having me pay this bill upfront and then they told me they'd credit me 'reasonable and agreeable amount'. To date, I've overpaid for water and gas in totalling in the amount of at least $400 , and this is being generous. This might have been a freak incident, but even then, I've had to constantly follow up w/the leasing office to make sure something is done.
