I have lived here for 6 months now. Have had two leaks in the ceiling. One from an A/C leak, the other I'm not sure. I have also received a note informing of burglaries in the complex. Rarely on the weekends, it gets loud with yelling drunkards, or those running up the stairs. But, overall I haven't really had a bad experience - just apartment living things. I did renew my lease though, so we'll see how it goes for the next year!
