My roommate and I have lived here for almost a year and we won't be re-newing when our lease is up. For the price, you don't get that much. We were quoted a rate that was $100 more a month, but when I asked if it was the best they could do, they magically knocked it down $100; I guess I should have taken that as an indication of how the office staff operates. The "deposit" rate was outrageous! $500 for nothing! Most of the people who work in the leasing office are rude, but the maintience people are great. The location is pretty nice, but the grounds suck and you can hear Marta and the other train nearby. One of my friends who lived here got robbed in broad daylight and the office blamed them rather than taking any sort of responsibility for lack of security. Overall, the experience was okay, but it's overpriced for what you get.
