I moved here from the Chicago suburbs just under a year ago. I looked all over the Atlanta area and at dozens upon dozens of properties and this was by and far my favorite. Since moving in I have not been let down by the quality of this establishment and the people responsible for its operation.

The grounds are always kept looking attractive with plenty of plants, trees, and flowers. It gives a very pleasant feeling when you come home for the evening. The locatiion is great!!! You are tucked back just off of the main roads so that you are away from the noise of Piedmont Rd and Peachtree Rd, but you are not so far that you cannot walk to places. The MARTA station is a short walk up the road, my favorite restaurant in Atlanta (the Treehouse) is an even shorter walk, even the publix is within walking distance if you aren't in a rush. If you are someone who enjoys running and / or walking on a regular basis this is a great area to run/walk. There are some hills, but once you get used to them you begin to enjoy the extra workout and are able to enjoy all the great scenary that surrounds you.

The interior of apartments are really nice and very spacious as well. Right now the complex is undergoing renovations and as soon I saw what the renovated apartments looked like I was quick to jump on and sign a lease on a renovated unit. The new appliances, cabinets, granite countertops, ceiling fans, etc. make the new renovations gorgeous!

Most days parking is not a problem, but occasionally on a weekend when people have guests over I have had to search for a spot. As for security, I have to make this comment first: whenever you live in a highly populated area, such as Atlanta, there is an increased risk of break-ins. That being said there have been one or two break ins since I've moved in, but there is also a regular police presence here. A squad car makes routine trips around the complex. In fact, an Atlanta PD officer lives on the property and keeps his car parked in the lot at night (a nice deterrent).

On the topic of maintenance: I have had nothing but good dealings with the maintenance crews here. They even came out during the night for me because my lock broke as I was leaving for a concert. They are very good about responding to work orders on the same or next day. All of the maintenance staff has been courteous and efficient.

The staff here is wonderful. They are all very friendly and very organized. When I signed my lease they impressed me because they could sell the apartment to me without being pushy. Since moving here I have enjoyed stopping in the office and chatting with the staff and bumping into them around the property. They are great people.

Last, but certainly not least, noise...I have read a lot of reviews (of many properties) that complain about having thin walls in their apartments and their neighbors being too loud. What you need to realize is that these are apartments and not condos or houses. Everyone is sharing living space to some degree and with that in mind we must all be both courteous and tolerant of those around us. That being said, I have heard some stirring of my neighbors next door or footsteps above me or other small noises, but nothing excessive.

I hope you take the time to check this place out. It became my home very quickly and I know others would love it, too! Don't forget about the renovations...they look awesome!
