Apparently a couple years ago, this was the place to live but I can tell you that is no longer so. I would have to agree with the previous review that they will screw you out of money. I am moving in two weeks and cannot wait. They have started renovations since the new year filling the property with equipment, dumpsters, workers, and empty apartments. Originally the dumpsters everywhere were taking up much needed parking but now that so many people have moved out it is no longer a problem. I moved in in 2007 before they decided on renovations and now must move out b/c even if I did want to stay (which I do not) the incredible hike in rent would make it very difficult. As such, I had to find a new place, put down a new deposit etc. When I requested that I get my deposit back b/c they would be renovating anyway, and they had not told me when I moved in about the renovations and price increase they gave me the run around and I don't expect to see it come my way. In general I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POST PROPERTIES. The company as a whole is tanking and grasping at straws.
