Not that much parking available. Car Break-ins every week, home Break-ins every month. Over priced for the area. Small gym and pool areas. Small laundry facilities.

overexaggerated review, this would mean 52 cars in a year have been hit. I would say maybe 7 this year. 12 apartments in a year? I would say maybe 1 this year if that. I live at this property and while break ins have happened it does not frequent the PPH as often as this person has said.
