There is a reason why the Post Peachtree Hills only has a 65% rating. I have never seen so many home/ car break ins in an apartment with a gate in all my seven years of renting. Like the other reviewers have said before they will screw you out of your money any way they can...... They are doing renovations now to try and compete with the other apartment in the area, but still can't compare. Way over priced. Your better off renting at another apartment in the area. The staff is super rude! I couldn't wait until my lease was over.

look at other apartments around... 65% is actually good for this website. it looks like other places can actually give you a detailed description of crime happening on their property, look at the places on lindbergh and piedmont road nearby. I live in the area and know that this is common activity for apartments near a marta. move to alpharetta if you don't want crime.

IF YOU LOVE "CRIME" move to post Peachtree hills. Who loves crime? That???s ridiculous. They don't give you a "detailed description" just a letter on your door, telling you to look out for any suspicious behavior; either some ones home or car was broken into. Living there for 2 years, I had a stack of these letters. Which I didn???t feel safe. For the amount of money I was paying, I felt that they needed to take more measures to ensure the safety of their residents and their property. If you love the area which I do, there are plenty apartments within 5 minutes without this problem. In fact I moved to some apartments across the street from Lindbergh without any ???crime??? issues. You don't have to move to Alpharetta. Living in buckhead near a marta station isn't "the ghetto" lol. I take the train to work everyday. Who ever is writing responses saying things like move to Alpharetta and give a ???detailed description of the crime??? obviously must work for Post Peachtree, or Post Properties Inc. Nobody loves these apartments that much lol nobody.I'm just telling the truth.

BEWARE: POST IS OVERCHARGING FOR WATER !! Has anyone else had a problem with being overcharged for water? We have repeatedly been overcharged for water usage that should actually be charged to the complex for the renovation. We have brought this to their attention no less than 3 times and they still continue this unscrupulous practice. We are sure they are also overcharging other residents. We have had enough of their unethical billing practices. We just moved and are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not be surprised if a class action arises from this practice.
