I would rate this place average. I lived here or 18 months .Have, heard of the occasional burglary which can happen anywhere. Only problem i see here is the increase in the rents. Currently a 1 bhk(550 sq ft) will cost you around 1020 which is very high(almost 250 dollars more than any apartment in Atl). They need to realize that is too much. They may say excuses that they have granite toppings, stainless steel appliances etc. But everyone is providing these facilities these days. In general i won't recommend this place to my friend as u might get a better place for this money. But if you are party goer & want everything near by (clubs,res, lounge etc) this is a good place

I agree, if you don't mind vomit in the parking lot, beer cans and cigarette butts all around and are a real party-er, this is your place. Way too expensive.
