I love living here at Post Peachtree Hills. It's a gated community, I have a beautiful apartment, and it's a great location. Unfortunately it is just way too expensive!! I am going to be forced to move when my lease is up because the place is simply unaffordable, especially in these economic times. The place right next door is charging $400 less for a one bedroom! Granted it is not nearly as nice, but as a renter you do what you have to do. The absolute ONLY way I would even consider staying another year is if my rent was discounted slightly (for being a reliable renter) or stayed exactly the same. If they try to tell me I need to pay ANY more money to live here next year I'm leaving...there are plenty of places close by that are just as nice and way cheaper. PH is not being competitive with their pricing at all, and it shows! There's plenty of parking available!
