Great location, in the heart of midtown. Near VA Highlands and lots of good midtown restaurants. Some apartments have good skyline views of the city, but they will charge you extra for the view. All new appliances. Maintance staff is always prompt to respond.

It is true that there is a homeless shelter near the complex (about three blocks west). But they never enter the property. Yes, they beg for change at the grocery store, post office, etc, but it is like that in most cities. Your safety is never in jeopardy.
